We like the food, but every time we go we're disappointed by the service. So we don't go for awhile, then forget why, return, and are reminded again why we don't eat there more often. We had the same waitress this time as last and service was prone with mistakes and she would avoid us instead of telling us why everyone that came in after us was being served and we weren't. We should have just walked out.

Just had black bear delivered by DoorDash. Normally really good food. Tonight. Terrible absolutely terrible. Hash browns were not done. Eggs were runny and disgusting. Way undercooked and nothing close to over medium as ordered. Denver omelette missing the cheese and the meat and veggies were cold and not grilled and the toast was missing. Not gonna happen again.

The customer service sucks here we waited for a person to take our order and she walked by us multiple times and even took another order for someone who walked in after us.

I realize with a restart after all that has been going on everything isn't going to be perfect. But for $80. That was sad. The service was ok. The food was very poor. burnt bacon, over cooked eggs. A bone in ham (with no bone, in because they were out) about 🤏 so big. And a near 40 minute wait for sub par food. definitely did not get what we paid for.

I took my toddlers to lunch at about 11am. I had waited a whole year to go back, unfortunately service remains the same. We were promptly given drinks. We asked for 3 waters and two hot chocolates. Food was brought out quickly. It ended there. My boys got a chicken strip meal and a burger meal. One asked for fries, the other fruit. Every time we have been in here, the service from the kitchen has always been slow. This morning, we were seated around 10:40. At 11:30, we still were waiting for food. We left without eating. We should have missed the breakfast rush, and early enough to miss the lunch rush. Every time, we get the “really busy right now”, with plenty of empty tables. It doesn’t matter the time of day, it has been slow to get food every time. This was our third try. Usually third time is a charm, so they say. We won’t be back.

country potatoes and hashbrowns were undercooked not loaded like we ordered, food just seemed way cold and way bland when we had it delivered. we tried this place new in place of our normal, never again sadly

Waited 25 minutes at our table. No one even acknowledged us by offering drinks or anything?! Our waitress ( allegedly cause we never seen her) was the cashier and waitress??? Terrible!!! We have never eaten there and we won’t be in the future. I’m wondering if that is why the one in Pocatello closed?? Also, the place was not that busy so there is no excuse. You would think that the hostess would jump in and help with drinks and or being the cashier?! It’s a team correct?

this place must love having a predator as a gm. someone who preys on people who are supposed to lookup to them as leadership. Unfortunately the one in idaho falls is ran by a GM, megan, who sleeps with her co workers while being married so she doesnt have time to care about the restaurant. then she has whoever she sleeps with quit to save her job
