Have eaten here several times and always enjoyed the service and food. Tonight was a different story. We ordered and once we had our food the waitress disappeared. After waiting patiently for refills on drinks I asked another waitress for refills and she promptly forgot about us as well. Some of the food was burnt to the point even bacon was inedible. Chicken fried stake was nasty the breading tasted of raw flour.. the red spuds was over cooked they were black.. when we told our server she said " sorry" after hearing how good it was I was disappointed.. sure in no hurry to return knowing of other great places in town to eat.
Horrible food! Do not recommend!! Ordered Chicken fried steak breakfast meal! It was nasty! No flavor, hash browns under cooked. You walk in and all the greeters are standing there looking at you. Like trying to figure who is going to seat you.
The manager Chris argued with us about under cooked chorizo. We will not return because of him. We went for breakfast this morning around 10am. My fiancé ordered chorizo and eggs, I ordered a waffle and eggs. Having been to many black bear diners in California, we thought we would know what to expect.
