They need a new manager!!! Juan is absolutely rude. When this first opened , they told me many times that this was a dog friendly patio. I have followed blackbear diner for many years and have eaten at many throughout the country, where this is usually the policy. The service started off well, seated quickly. Once seated we sat for over 15 mins, two servers walked by and never acknowledged us. No drink orders were ever taken. Not even a hello. It was not busy in this restaurant, we were seat just before 5:00 pm on a Thursday. We ended up walking out.
