We order our food, my son ordered Bob's big bear burger and it tasted like it was cook with the fish. And our friend ordered the Santa Maria tri-tip and asked for it to be medium well and mashed potatoes and mac and cheese, the meat was over cooked and the potatoes tasted like soap, the machine and cheese was dry and didn't taste good. The service OK she was polite. We went to the restaurant because it wasn't busy and was relaxing so we went in and got bad food. And we paid a lot for bad food. 1-16-2025

"I GOT FOOD POISONING " The cinnabon french toast was so DISAPPOINTING! It tasted like store bought cinnabon you buy at the store premade and they just put egg batter on it and no seasoning to make it a French toast Cinnabon. The food is so bland, no flavor or seasoning. Also, I had an egg omelette which I asked for the cheese and they put cheese and I've been throwing up and had diarrhea ever since the weekend. I definitely would not be coming back again. Tried the BB in Murrieta, terrible food and service. Last week we decided to try the new one in Menifee/Sun City. The service was terrific, but the food was tasteless, bland and not cooked correctly. Will not go there again. I think the reason people eat here is because the portions are hugs. Might benefit a family, but the actual taste experience was tasteless.

Like Black Bear. HATE this one. No excuse for treating a $107 order the way they did. Ordered the day before for Thanksgiving 2xs Prime Rib Medium Rare and a Turkey dinner for $107! Drive down and picked up the food. Got home and one Rib was straight up grey instead of pink and the other was pink on the ends with a brownish grey STRIPE down the center.
