First Time Visitor,,And Some Staff appear to be Racist ! We were seated and 15mins no place settings, drinks, not even an Acknowledgement with " be with you in a minute Until I went to the front and brought issue to attention of,,and of course,,right away apologized n server appeared. Am I Wrong In Vibes I was receiving.

Menifee location has gone downhill. Ordered prime rib and got a paper thin slice of meat for $30 portions are small now. They're out of everything. Ordered chicken. It was small and dried out because it was old. Need to change biscuit recipe, they're terrible and dry like you're eating straight flour. I don't see anyone eating them and hear a lot of complaints about them.

SERVICE!!! Ordered delivery through Yelp, delivered by Grubhub. who fulfilled the order??? Black Bear My order got delivered, none of the instruction/requests I made along with the order was fulfilled. simple utensils, ketchup, honey......oh and napkins shouldn't that be automatic??? called the restaurant, lady told me that they don't see the instructions/requests on the order and if the customers did not request any condiments, etc. they do not include any....NOT EVEN NAPKINS??? yet they have an extra charge in addition to ... read more

It was so nice to find out Sun City/Menifee was getting a new establishment, we have dined here a total of three times and two out of the three times when we went to pay, Chloe a young blonde girl who is at the register has been very cold, not friendly, border line rude even. Both times it's like she hates her job and you are bothering her. The food and atmosphere are not the problem, it's the treatment by employees like Chloe That make me not want to return . Prices went up and quality of food went down!! Disappointed on our last visit here on June 15th. We've been coming here since it opened and love the breakfasts. Unfortunately, our last visit on Saturday June 15th for dinner was not good. It wasn't that busy but we waited a long time for our food and when it arrived Prime Rib was way over cooked and not even close to Medium Rare like my hubby asked for.
