Went here for breakfast to the restaurant and upon entering was immediately greeted from friendly staff. We were seated promptly by a manager and asked for our drink order. We waited and waited and then a super nice waitress came to our table and asked what we wanted to drink. We advised her that we had already placed our drink order with another person, but restated our drink order again. Went here for lunch with a friend. We only had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated - for the lunch crowd that wasn't too bad. The hostess was very nice and gave us the menus and left. We waited a bit longer than expected to be greeted by our waitress. We ordered our drinks and they were served pretty quickly. She then left without even asking if we were ready to order (which we were). When she finally came back, we placed our order. I ordered the turkey and dressing, along with two sides. My first time eating at black bear today. It was terrible, service was bad food was bad. I had the meatloaf it was burned and tuff. The only good thing is the manager felt bad and comp my meal. I don't think I'll be back anytime soon.
