Service was horrible and the restaurant wasn't even that busy. We waited forever for our waiter to even acknowledge us and it took an hour for our food. They need to get it together. Probably won't be back
Our first visit was not an impressionable one. Wife ordered chicken fried steak and I the prime rib. Wife said chicken fried steak was ok, but my prime rib was not good. The prime rib was cold around the edges and I had it sent back. I was afraid to get the same piece of meat over cooked. When they returned it was a different piece and they asked me to try it to see if it was satisfactory. I did and accepted it even though the new piece wasn't much warmer than the first. Food l was ok, service was bad. Took a very long time after we were seated to see our waitress. I got the initial cup of coffee and never got a refill. The food seemed to take a long time to be cooked and served. After we got our food we never saw our waitress again, we had to get the hostess to give us our check.
Bad Bad Bad Don't do it. They don't keep your coffee cup filled. When I got up to ask for refills, the server was leaning on the counter in the kitchen.
Service was ok. Too much food for one person to eat plus wasn't very good. I will not be back.
Terrible experience. Countless things to point out and address, but to summarize, it all primarily points to poor service, which comes down to the more poor management of the restaurant. Before ordering, I asked if they have plenty of chili. He answered yes. 15 minutes later, he came back and said that there is no chili. :-| Then I asked about the bear claw (out), danish (out). I thought I would try something new, this was not what I expected. When our food was delivered, it was cold. The food barely had any flavor. When we were ready to check out we waited for a cashier for a while before someone assisted us. Definitely will not be back.
This diner was quite simply disappointing. It left me i satisfied with the meal and i had to go somewhere else entirely to cure my hunger. I originally ordered the NY strip steak but they didn't have any more steaks so it was subbed for a smaller steak for a discounted price . The steak was subpar at best. absolutely the worst place I have ever tried to eat at. Did a call in or they said 20 minutes it'll be ready. When I got there the guy told me another 20 minute, been standing there waiting for 45 minutes still no food. I will never be returning to this so called restaurant
