On October 9th my birthday we went there for breakfast and the experience was not good at all. To begin with the server brought out three different plates and neither were mine, she'd brought out my husband's and got his right on the first try (I wish I could remember her name.)We needed refills and napkins and she never came back around. I do have to give props to all the other servers they came by and without hesitation brought us what we needed. We'd been wanting to go there but because of our work schedules we'd not had... read more
the food is so fucking good i'm over here curling my toes and moaning the service was a 10/10 and the restaurant is so cozy. Run don't walk.
I hate to write a negative review because the food is absolutely delicious there, but the service was horrible. Worst I've seen in a while we got there and we're sat down for at least 15 minutes and no one came to bring our drinks. As we walked out, the staff were talking in the back. Other customers were complaining as well and asking for management. Sad because I like this place at first, I hope they will do better.
Service is issue. While back police were called when huge dusturbance broke out in lot. Threats made, large number of people involved, some arrested. Employees from BB were in middle of it, then returned to work, using every four letter word while no one served us. Second time we left because we could not get served.
The service was not great. We sat in a booth near the breakfast bar and could overhear all the servers complaining. My husband never received his toast and our server didn't check on us the entire time we were eating. When she did check on us , we already finished eating and she said "I just yelled at the kitchen about your toast." That isn't helpful for anyone when she wasn't aware of us at all during our stay. We didn't get offered refills or anything. Probably won't be coming back to this location
I agree, long wait, prices are very over priced. I don't think I will return to this facility.
Service was ridiculously slow for having only 4 tables in the restaurant full. Chicken fried steak is definently not made fresh there frozen patty just dropped in the Grier strait from the freezer. Ordered the season vegetables which was a nibblet of corn on the cob that had seen better days. Sides were not hot when dinner came out to begin with but after I waited 10 minutes for butter it was ice cold. Dairy Queen has better chicken tenders and the ranch had absolutely no taste to it. Obviously will not be going back.
For the price the food and service Suck never go back try you twice and twice this place fail
I've gone to a different Black Bear Dinner and thanks to this one I don't plan on ever going again. I asked for a Hot Chocolate and when I was drinking it, a piece of meat (or that's what I think it was) came out in my drink and I immediately spit it out into a napkin and I call the waitress and show her the piece of meat and it took her a minute or so to say something and I had to ask her to change my chocolate. The food was disgusting and burnt with no flavor. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. IF I COULD GIVE IT A 0 I WOULD.
