I'm disappointed because the first time I we went in I ordered oatmeal and they brought me this big bowl of oatmeal piled up it was great I loved it the second time I went in I ordered oatmeal and people came in after me ordering full meal deals for breakfast and everybody was getting served before me I'm like what the hell it's oatmeal I waited over 25 minutes for my oatmeal and when it finally came it was soup in this tiny Bowl and then they had the nerve to charge me $5.99 for it

This was our third visit. This time the wait to get seated was quite short, because approx 1/3 or the tables were empty. That was the best part of our meal. After being seated, we sat and waited 20-mins (yes we timed it) for our waitress to come to our table and bring us waters. Got seated right away, waitress came up within 5 minutes to take our drink order. Great. Didn't offer any water like normal restaurants do. A little disappointing, then 2 minutes after getting our drinks she came back to take our order. Food came, I received a waffle instead of French toast, we had NO silverware, so we had to ask another waitress to grab us some and she came back with all forks, which I personally like to spread my butter with a knife not a fork, but whatever.
