We went this last Sunday @ 11:30. When we walked in, there were a bunch of people waiting to be seated, but there were a couple of empty tables in the back room. We were told there would be an hour wait. It was about 35 minutes. After we ordered 2 sandwiches with salad and french toast, we waited another 45 minutes for our food. The waitress was apologetic and told the people sitting in front of us that they were slow in the kitchen, no kidding. They were offered free meals, us nothing. Unbelievable! So as we entered there were at least 8 open tables through out the restaurant that were cleaned and set. We were told that it would be about 25 minutes(it was 24). I was shocked considering the amount of open tables. When I asked the Host an out the open tables she replied "Well don't have enough waitresses"! Later after we got seated I made a comment to one of the managers about the hostesses comment and her reply was "that's just a rumor"! Both of them were rude in their tone. Horrible service. Waited on tables that sat down after we did before coming to our table to take our order. In 45 minutes all we got were sodas. The surrounding tables got asked if they wanted fresh cornbread while they were waiting for their dinners...but nobody bothered to check in with us. Finally we left after my 6 YEAR OLD had to get their attention! They wouldn't even look at the adults!! We left enough money to cover our drinks and walked out without our food and without anybody caring to chase us nor offer anything. ... read more
The food was ok. We had to ask for the cornbread muffins then we only got 1 for three people. Also my husbands steak was flavor less , fatty and not cooked medium well like he asked. We will not be going back anytime soon.

Good food, once you get it. Sitting here almost 1 1/2 hrs and no food. Waited for table for 15-20 mins. Won't be back. Too bad.

Waited 20 minutes for a table, OK. Waited 20 minutes for a server to take our order. Waited 30 minutes, no food. Watched other families seated after us get served. Spoke to two Managers. "I'm sorry". Me too, we are outta here! And, until I hear that that they are better at customer service, not going back!
