In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. great food, every time, home made recipes, fantastic costumer service
This was our second time eating there. The lighter dinners were mediocre. Today's sandwiches were wonderful. We ordered the lighter version and still got a big plate of food! I won't two years to go back this time.
