Near-impenetrable breading on the chicken combines with a soggy, fresh-from-the-steamer waffle to to create a big bummer of a meal. I realize that chain restaurants are going to be relying on Sysco-level frozen offerings, but this failed to clear even that low bar. The burgers are good, and eggs and bacon are pretty safe, but this was just bad.

I was assisted by a nice young woman as I entered, who I placed my takeout order with. I asked to make sure I would get necessary items, like syrup and butter, and was told that it was all included. She even asked if I needed utensils and I asked for one set. We had been displaced due to the recent ice storm, and we had some items, but needed everything I asked about. I should have looked closer at the bag they gave me. Not only were none of the items I requested in the bag, but even the utensils she had offered. As hard as... read more

Oh boy its hard, and I have to say the prices for this place are a bit high when its to go and you're not getting the cute restaurant experience with the family. Never been to this location and it was dead, sadly people like to eat here more than to get it togo. I went in and we got a few of the 10oz burgers, fries, and a banana cream pie (buy one get one free) Burgers were good, they cooked them fresh and it wasn't pre-made patties, cooked well still pink. Veggies on point etc. Lots n lots of fries, zero salt... I fixed ... read more

The service was atrocious! Supposed to have bottomless beverages, couldn't get one refill. The chicken avocado club was impossible to eat, the chicken pattie was very small and everything shot out of the sandwich as you bite it. Apparently there is a napkin shortage as we got two napkins for three people. The waitress was extremely inattentive. I would not recommend this location to anyone!
