Super slow service and bad service. Sat there almost 45 minutes and they had forgotten my order. Then they had attitude about it and expected me to wait. This was the second time I gave them a chance and they failed. Do not go here is you have any time constraints.

Worst Black Bear Diner I've ever been in. Don't waste your time. Took over an hour to have breakfast for 3 while we watched the staff goof off and mess around..... 15+ minutes after we got seated to even be greeted or have our drink orders taken. Would give zero stars if I could

We took my mother to lunch for her birthday and she wanted to try Black Bear. We were seated and received drinks right away. The waiter took our orders and then we waited 40 minutes to get our food. When the food arrived it was cold not even luke warm. The waiter was too busy talking nonsense with people instead of taking care of customers. We waited forever to get our check because the waiter said he thought he already gave us our check. He was too busy bs with others to remember. Wish there was a spot for zero. Disgusting best describes this place. i ordered a Burger since they have an entire section on menu dedicated to burgers. No burgers. said they were out. Waitress said Reuben was outstanding. I questioned her about it because I have had bad luck getting fat on these. She assured me it was great. I ordered side salad and onion rings to go with it. Salad was old. The cucumbers were translucent and the carrots rubbery. Icky. Onion rings were ok, not great but ok. Sandwich smelled awful. Full of fa... read more
