Inexperienced staff I have been ordering the same dish from this specific location on and off for about 4 months now and was informed that an ingredient that is crucial to the dish is now somehow not in it. I order the SCRAMBOWL and always call to change the country red potatoes that it is served over to hash browns. When calling this morning to make a regular modification, I was informed by either a younger server or hostess that the dish doesn't even come with country red potatoes. Recommend going before 10 AM. We normally have a great meal, today was not one. The food was not cooked to order and was cold. The server was never to be seen, we had to ask several times for items. Not the normal dining experience, unfortunate.

Hmmmm. Usually good but they were off today. Sat down at a sticky table. When someone spills syrup maybe take a beat and actually clean the table instead of just running a bar rag across the mess and calling it good. Food came next and it was the worst we've ever had. Ruben was dry, fries were cold and soggy and chicken strips were dry as cardboard. Overall a bad meal. Staff were nice but if the food sucks that doesn't make up for a $80 pile of bad food.

The food was very plain, one out of four os us actually liked what we had fro dinner. I will say the staff is great and friendly. The place is kinda cute just do not eat there.

The food is decent and the service is incredibly slow. However, I can tell the servers are doing their best given the circumstances.
