Just received email that they're going to open the dining room before allowed. Guess they think they are better then all the other restaurants who follow the rules and are also hurting, but do what they're supposed to.
No customer service skills at all! Was upset about cold food because of them leaving on counter for 30 minutes and they disregarded my compliant and said that is not what happened . no apology no concern no caring of my complaint at all will post in community pages and show screenshots update still no apology

I've eaten here a number of times as well as purchased food for take out. Today, however was my LAST time patronizing this establishment. My partner and I walked in waited to be seated and was lead past no less than 6 EMPTY tables/booths to the very back of the dining area to sit in solitude. It did not sit well with either of us. We did not make a scene, we did however walk out. This was a memorable experience; so much so that I know that I will never return.

ordered the brisket and eggs, the brisket was way overcooked, definitely not like the description on the menu. it was very tough, my lemonade was flat it taste, another couple who joined us both ordered the pot roast, and both said the same thing it was mostly just fatty meat, my dessert the apple pie, it was very sour, I had 2 other people taste it, they both said the same thing. disgusting. in all a 100$ bill wasted on what should have been an enjoyable evening. Been eating here since this place opened. Today was a different experience. Had to wait for everything but the check. Food was cold and greasy when I got it and the portions have shrank dramatically. Don’t know what’s going on but fix it and let the world know otherwise I’m done with this BB.

We went to the BBD last Friday night. It was not packed and we got right in. We ordered and got our salads pretty quick. We then waited for an hour for our food. The waitress delivered 3 out of 4 plates. My plate, a loaded baked potato, was said to be coming right up. 5 or so minutes later, another person (not our waitress) came to tell me they ran out of baked potatoes and then walked away.
