The longest time spent in a restaurant. Waitress was super slow, not attentive to drinks or anything at that matter. Food was awesome. Just not our waitress. She seemed super overwhelmed with a very small section.

The service was very slow and the staff were disorganized and seemed surprised that it got busy at noon on a Saturday. It took over twenty minutes to get any service at all so we ordered our drinks and food at the same time—sandwiches with salads as the side instead of fries. However the salads were served as a first course and it took another twenty minutes to get our sandwiches. waited for 30 minutes for a bear claw, 1 pancake and 2 eggs. waitress told us they had to serve the big orders first. bear claw was gummy. horrible. won't go back.

I loved this location when it first opened however the service seems to have gotten worse over time. My last (and final) visit involved having to send my food back because of a hair on my breakfast sandwich. I waited well over 20 mins to get another one made meanwhile my party had finished their food when my food finally arrived. Very disappointed with their customer service and especially handling this matter.
Worst service ever, no silverware, no follow up after food delivered, no check brought back, and no water after being told 3 times they would be back
The weight at 8:40 pm was not ok 4 other tables in there. We waited at the table for 25 min to just get are water. I could also see the fustian of other customers. Food good but if you are in a hurry and hungry this is not the place to do. Good you are not starving and have the time to wast waiting ����

Food was ok nothing super special. Portions were huge so you will not leave hungry that’s for sure. Decor is fun for the kids and I appreciate the variety on the kids choices.
