been there before and loved the food but, it seems the quality has really gone downhill or they just can t make breakfast any longer. runny eggs & chicken fried steak with so called gravy that looked like thick paste and was cold. really disappointed because we used to love Black Bear.

We have ordered from Black Bear for several years, however, recently the to-go service and food has really declined. Our orders are consistently incorrect or are missing items. We order classic almond flavored bear claws and they consistently send blackberry. Sides and sauces are advertised but not included. Very frustrating. Mistakes are understandable, but repeated mistakes are not. We won’t be ordering from Black Bear any more.

I have to say… our food today was awful. My hot turkey sandwich.. where to start? The turkey was dried out and tasted old. Asked for extra gravy… when I tried to pour it onto my sandwich.. it came out of the cup in one big congealed lump. My son in law’s waffle was not cooked all the way. My granddaughter’s chicken strips were so overcooked they were not edible! Second time trying the Puyallup location. Will not go there again. Very disappointed!

Cooks would be a good start. then give them some quality food to cook. gone downhill in a big way..Frozen stringy chicken. instant uncooked grits. steaks that my dog had a hard time chewing..wow. very disappointing.

Two of our four meals were not even edible. I wouldn’t have even fed them to my dogs. It happens, no big deal right? Well, until they insisted on still charging us for them after we returned the full meals. Loser place. Do not go. Food is gross. Not even worth 1 star.

Does not seat you in a clean booth. There was food all over the floor where they sat us abd it wasn’t very busy. So they just didn’t want to take a few minutes to clean it up first.
