I’ve been going and trying to support the Redmond Oregon black bear for 4 years. However The service and food are consistently inconsistent. It is always under staffed and the food never comes with what the menu states. Today was my last straw. We sat for 10 minutes before anyone brought us coffee or even said hello. When the waitress finally came she walked up and said are you ready to order. No greeting or sorry for the wait. My husband had the bears choice and was served slimy, seriously slimy lettuce. During a time when... read more

My crew and I worked all day and wanted to have a Thanksgiving meal when we landed. We chose your dinner. After being seated it was 25 minutes before we were asked to order, at which time we were told that you were out of Turkey. Four out of six of our group ordered the Ham dinner. When our food arrived two of us did not receive a complete meal because they had also ran out of vegetables. We waited 20 minutes after finishing our meals and I finally got up and asked for our ticket. The desert that came with the break rea... read more

Good food, but very bad service. Our second time to eat here in 6 months. Too bad food was great. But like I said service was very bad hasn't changed at all since our last visit.

The service keeps getting worse and worse. Kids playing on their phones not working. Not checking on you keeping drinks full is a thing of the past. We stopped eating in Madras due to crappy service thought we would try Redmond. People left due to not even being treated at door. Only three tables of customers. Sorry to see service being a thing of the past.

The Redmond, OR location is in sad shape. The food was lukewarm, it was understaffed, and it looks shabby. The only bright spot was the gentleman working there who knew how to make the best of a bad situation. Apparently there are chronic shortages of basic restaurant supplies like sugar, disposable silverware for takeout orders, ketchup, and more because orders are not made in a timely manner. And it's understaffed and the food comes out lukewarm when it should be hot. This is a big red flag of a poorly managed restaur... read more

This will be our last dining experience until service improves. Waited a bit to be seated even with tables waiting to be cleared. Almost 15 minutes once seated for someone to take the order. Plenty of time to watch a waitress snag and eat a piece of food from the countertop that fell off a plate ready to be served, finally get silverware and napkins but no placemats and watched my son's bowl of soup go from the service area, set next to enployee's drink and cell phones on a counter before making its way to our table. 4 of 5... read more

My wife and I both ordered Benedicts. After a 20+ minute wait, we got ours with our eggs hard-cooked instead of poached, and her California didn't actually have any avocado. The Redmond location is really hit and miss, sometimes it's great, other times, this....None of our party were especially impressed.

Incredibly bad service. Don't know how the food was because we left after being treated so poorly. Got checked in and patiently waited 20 minutes. Staff was terribly disorganized but we were patient. Was told our party of five was next but then they served a party of five that arrived five minutes after us. We felt so disrespected we left. This is the first time I have done this. I think you should do a thorough review of this restaurant and employees should be held responsible. I have let employees go for less than this. Ex... read more

the service was the worst I have ever had. Asked for a spoon for my Coffee and got told they did not have any as the dish washer did not show up for work so she could not get us a spoon. The sweet potato were just luke warm. The soup was not any warmer the room temp. Could not get a refill on coffee as no one came around to offer it. First thing the waitress aid was no pasta and no crispy chicken. and as for the Coconut cream pie I think it was made last week. and tasted like lemon cream with coconut in it the cream was ... read more
