I highly recommend you visit the Black Bear Diner in Redmond, Oregon Monday through Thursday and ask for Stephen! He is by far the best server I have ever encountered. He is always pleasant, smiling and offering superior customer service. A friend and I have been eating there almost every week for the past two years. Huge portions, best waffles!
I am never disappointed. We love eating at Black Bear, the staff is great too.

Food is really good and they have good prices. Service could be a little better.... but everyone is friendly. They just seemed short staffed and not well informed regarding the menu. It's a nice atmosphere, though. :) Cute little place!
