Of course I will want the plastic straw with my beverage especially if it is delivered with the handler's hand and fingers around the rim of the glass . Always deliver from the lower third of the glass. Always.... thank you.
One thing that needs to happen is that you need a Hostess up front that is seating your customers, taking care of customers who want to pay their bill as well!!!!

Took my family for breakfast yesterday. Rafael was our waiter. He seated us promptly and was very attentive with us! We received excellent service.
