Waited for 10 mins, didn’t get coffee... moved to the counter flagged a bus boy down for coffee, waited for a waiter. Staff is friendly, but very inefficient. There was never less the 12 plates on the warmer. Dads hash browns came out basically uncooked... and we were done with our food by the time they came out. We travel back and forth from Ca to Washington often and eat at BBD’s all the time... this is by far the worst one we’ve been to.
Serviced sucked food was good waitress never checked on us once we got our food never refilled our drinks brought our bill tried to hand her my card to pay and she said “she was too busy that I would have to pay upfront “ ok so then we waited up front to pay one person in front of us took forever the gal on the till never did acknowledged us be right with nothing there were 3 young gals at register none said a word to us normally I wouldn’t complain but I work in customer service and they had none
Almost all of my negative experience centered around a young lady (name started with M -- possibly Mary?) who was our waitress. First, we asked to be moved to another more comfortable seating area, and she began the evening by telling us she really didn't want to because then she wouldn't get any money, since her pay is based upon sales -- wow. Waited 20 min. For seating and hostess was rude ... waitress was good and food was cold ... we won't eat at this restaurant in Redmond ever but will try out one in grants pass soon
We waited 40 minutes to be seated. At one point while waiting, I counted a total of 19 people also waiting to be seated. At that time I could count 6 tables that were not being used.. At one point a waitress came to the front and offered to help. The hostess said she had it under control. In a ten minute period one party of four were seated even leaving 5 tables still unused. we waited almost 35 minutes for our order to be taken and then another 30 minutes for the food-the food was dry and had no taste and our waitress wasn't all that friendly-we weren't the only ones not happy-two other tables were complaining to. We will not be back or recommend. We didn't even finish our meal-it was that bad
Is a side of toast only a piece of toast? That is what I was served today. I have always had two slices of toast in your establishments. I mean, $2.69 for A piece of toast. I was told that if the cook is in a generous mood I might get two pieces, that would explain why two days previous (Newberg, OR) I got two pieces. Plus the eggs on my Benedict were so hard the yolks were light yellow. Again, in Newberg, they were perfect. Wow. Disappointed to say the least
The establishment was FILTHY, we did not have to wait to be seated. However we waited a good fifteen minutes before we were asked if we wanted coffee. The tables around us plus the floor was left dirty! The person who seated us stated they would come back to get our drink order. He NEVER Returned!!!
