The Redmond Black Bear Diner has made a lot of positive changes lately. I had a subpar experience last fall. But I have had the opportunity to eat there a couple of times recently. The staff has been very (but not overly) attentive. The food is good and a great value. I'm glad I had the chance to change my mind.
Great chicken fried steak and the people are friendly.
