In my opinion, the only thing keeping this location open is the chefs in the back. The food is absolutely delicious and huge, which if you're from Texas that's something we all know and love lol. But the management and service is not great. Very disorganized and dirty. We received dirty silverware, but it's OK cause I carry cleaning wipes with me. (Stay ready so you don't gotta get ready lol) The lady that took our order wrote our order in the back of a receipt paper. It took us about 15 minutes to get sat down when there w... read more

This was ok but it literally had no taste in it! I will never come again because my family didn't like it one bit! The food was cold the menu was way.... to BIG! The service is ok...and this one guy helped us out but the other ones are eh..ok? The Ambiance is ok it has a lot of people clam music and nice sitting but that's all I'm gonna say the food was bad but everything else is ok.

First time I've been to this location. The diner on Ackerman is fantastic, so I was looking forward to the same experience at the City Base location. We weren't able to eat inside because we had a chihuahua with us, fair enough. Health code, etc. Can't fault them for that, so we decided just to order online and eat in the parking lot. Disappointing because the atmosphere was very casual dining. Not too loud. Very seemingly laid back. We ordered the turkey club and the Shasta Cheeseburger hold the onions. Twenty minutes late... read more
