Waited at the door for 15 minutes and my wife and I weren't even acknowledged. There was no hostess or any signs saying to seat yourself, so we waited patiently as the wait staff just looked over, granted they were busy with their tables, but a simple "we'll be right with you" would have sufficed.

Went to this location and ordered the fish n chips. The fish was disappointing. I probably could've done better with Mrs. Gordon's. A little fishy and totally unimaginative. Tried but couldn't eat it. Mom had meat loaf but was over flavored with French onion soup mix. It's a concept restaurant but they should give more effort to the quality of the food. Will not return.

This place is a joke. With two other options in San Antonio, avoid this location at all cost. The service is appalling. Waited several minutes with no help only to be placed on a fifteen minute wait list. I guess Kevin felt overwhelmed with the eighteen people in this restaurant. I counted since I had so much time.
