Service and and staff were friendly that's the only good thing I can say about this California chain restaurant. I ordered Ribs and Chicken strips and nothing was freshly made from scratch except the Mac And Cheese. The ribs were old and tasteless and the chicken strips were warmed in a air fryer. For a any Texan that knows good southern food and BBQ STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAQUE.

The gross lack of customer service does not make up for the excellent quality of the food. I was overcharged and with three calls to three people saying they are managers and nothing has been done. I will never recommend or return to this location.
