We were sadly disappointed. We had gone to the diner on 2000E and 9400 South in Sandy. We prefer the Draper facility, but due to a bad accident that had traffic a mess we decided to go to the one in Sandy. probably the worst experience at any restaurant. Were seated at 6:20 tonight at Black bear in sandy ut, 2 children and 4 adults, Ordered about 6:30, Chicken pot pie, cheeseburger, taco salad, turkey dinner and 2 mini volcanos. Waitress came about 7:00 and said she was sorry but our order was given to another table. Told we had concert at 8. I am a quite frequent customer at your location. Have always enjoyed you food and staff. tonight was the absolute worse service I have ever experienced in this location. Waited at least 20 minutes to get order taken, then another 20 to 30 minutes before your waitress Vanessa went and got our food and brought it to out table. Vanessa was not our waitress mind you. We got sat down in the back section. We sat there for 15minutes and know one came to get our drink order or food order.. The bus big stopped by and he got us our drinks .Then about five minutes more he came back and asked if our server had come out yet .we said no so he went and got us a server . I ordered the chicken basket. Very dry. And the one sauce I wanted was ranch. But your place only had bacon ranch. Most people like regular ranch without bacon. I only ate a bit of my dinner and paid $18.00 including tip for it. Not many milkshake flavors either.
I ordered my food online to-go. The good news is it was ready for me when I arrived. The bad news is that I received watery in a small container that was supposed to resemble icing for the bear claw. The icing spilled out all over when I opened it because it was nothing more than watery goop. It spilled on important papers and all over me. I'm now a watery, sticky mess because of it. And I have no icing for my bear claw. What a disappointment. A response would be nice. Thank you.

My wife and I ate at your Las Vegas Blvd. location on 04/05/18. She had the open turkey and I had a club sandwich. Wonderful meal. We ate at the Sandy Utah location on 04/10/18. We both had the open turkey. Not very good. The turkey had a lot of fat that was mixed in with the bread and gravy. I should have complained to the waiter but he was rather busy working several areas. Busy lunch. I did not want other customers to hear me complain. We did mention the fat turkey at checkout. We tried to order my Celiac son a gluten free hamburger, and got told they were out of gluten free buns. So, we ordered him the kids tri tip. After waiting for 25 minutes, the waitress came back and informed us that they "just" ran out of tri tip, the only other gluten free meal for kids.
