Terrible service!!!! The waitress had to change 3 people’s fiid because she forgot they were out of it. Tables were disgusting and dirty. Waitress was VERY RUDE!!!! I will never visit this place again!
You feature lots of breakfast meals. I am partial to pancakes. Yours are mushy and quite unpleasant. I will not order them. Please have your manager eat the pancakes at Penny Ann's Cafe in Draper, West Valley or Salt Lake City to find out what good pancakes should taste.
We usually love Blsck Beat diner and prefer Sandy because it's closer to our home. Today we we're a table of 5 that came right after atable of15. A boy told us we could get abooth they we're cleaning or a table. We opted for the booth. And another small table came behind us and we're seated. Then another boy comes and says we can have a small both with a chair the end. I told him the other boy was fixing is that booth. We usually love black bear, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. When we walked in, we waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged by an associate and there was no one else in line to be seated! There was no one at the podium. Then after being seated, we asked for coffee, expected to get water too but didn’t. That’s okay, thought she might bring it later, but when I went to take a drink of my coffee, there was red lipstick on the cup! Like it hadn’t been washed. The bacon tasted like soap I thought it was just me but I asked my friend and he tasted it as well. The eggs were undercook, we didn’t get our sliverware until 5 mintues after our food was out.
