Food was amazing but service needed some help. server was new but took over a hour our food because she cancelled the order. no manager ever came over to check on us, actually never saw a manager in the 2 1/2 hours we were there.
Arrived at 12:00pm. Received food at 1:30pm.
The service was horrible. People that were seated well after us got their food before us. One person in our party go their food after we were almost done eating ours. We didn’t get all the food we ordered. The waitress was told by others that we got everything but she didn’t bother to check with us. Drink refills were far and few between.
Service is super slow. Burger was so dry I had to choke it down with the glass of water I asked for when they took our drink orders and finally got when I asked again because they brought our food. My daughter had the same experience with her fish being so dry she couldnt even eat half of it. Our party consisted of 3 people our waiter took our drink order then went over and was chitchatting with a coworker for no joke 10 minutes and came back with one drink because he had forgot our drink order. The food was really good ou... read more
Last night was our second visit, having had a good experience the first time around. Asked for a booth, seeing several clean ones in multiple sections, got told no booths available. Date ordered ribeye with mashed potatoes and Mac & cheese. Server forgot to bring out salad until we asked about it. Potatoes and pasta both stone cold and the cheese had that shiny film on it that it gets when it’s been sitting out. Steak was good, though. I ordered corned beef hash with over easy eggs, plus we got a side of biscuits & gravy to ... read more
The food was undercooked, not hot and was in a puddle of grease🤮. The general manager was MIA and the other manager was too busy in the kitchen to complain to. My burger was sent back and came back worse than when it had to be recooked! Don’t recommend this place, needless to say☹️
Was very disappointed with the all you can eat Fish meal. Took my family there Friday evening for dinner. With it being Friday during Lent and wanting to try somewhere new. I ordered the all you can eat fish dinner. When my meal arrived, it had two smaller portions of fish, which look chain store purchased. Then when I asked for a couple more, I was brought two smaller fish sticks, which at first looked like Mozzarella sticks. Was not very impressive.
Food and our server (Hannah) was excellent. We were seated by the kitchen and could hear all of the cooks and servers conversations. There was one obnoxious server who was yelling across the restaurant which was annoying and the way he spoke to customers was very rude. What makes me not recommend this place is hearing the cooks talk to each other about not making things the way customers had requested. Example: someone had a food allergy and the cooks had made the food incorrectly and the cooks were talking to the MANAGER on... read more
Had an early dinner here today, took about an hour to get our food. I ordered the prime rib, it was about 85% fat...the rest was mushy....my mashed potatoes could have been mistaken for dry wall filler...my girlfriend ordered a burger with no cheese...when it came to us it had cheese...they had to remake it, once it came back out there were no fries...after asking the waitress she had a horrible attitude and argued with us about where they were...my grandmother ordered the prime rib as well...she was given a ribeye and it wa... read more
