RecommendedFood was great. Couldn’t believe the portions, some will say a bit pricey but when you see the portions s, you will u sets tans price. Not that busy at 4:30 on Sunday. Waitress was rude and very slow to take our order. Then we asked for c2 containers. She yelled at the hostess stand to get us to go boxes. Host brought 3 little boxes. Served the wrong food. Store manager gave it to us too! Absolutely a horrible experience. I’m writing this as I’m sitting in the restaurant. 0/10 would not recommend!

We have eaten here twice. This first time the food was mediocre as well as the service but we decided to give them another try. We wish we had not. It took 45 minutes to get out food and then half of it was cold. They also forgot to bring out one of the entrees and when we asked 10 minutes later they said they had been waiting on a muffin. When we went to pay and I complained the server said she wasn’t sure what to do about it. Never once did we see a manager. We do not plan on giving them a third chance.

close down the one in st-charles worst service I've ever saw and then rehire all new help including manager

Used to like coming here! But it has gone down based on my visit this morning. My wife and I were seated within a few minutes, ordered coffee and looked over the menu. I had a free birthday meal so I ordered that. I asked our server Christy what she recommended between the waffle or pancakes. Her answer was "well you get two pancakes if you're hungry and that helps!" I was more looking for her opinion or what guests tend to order more. I usually get chicken fried steak and eggs. It may have been better if they weren’t so busy. One of our Items we ordered was totally incorrect. Had to send it back and it took us two hours in total time inside restaurant. There was only two of us. Our server was miserable and made sure we knew it. Another server in our area was so LOUD when she talked to surrounding patrons, that we couldn’t even hear each other across our own table!! Food is good, but they never have enough help. I feel sorry for the staff. They work hard, but is obviously a huge problem here.
