We loved this place!!! Great food at a reasonable price and the people who work there are just the nicest you will find!!! You feel like you're walking into country bear jamboree! That's a core is charming with little bears everywhere! The portions of delicious food were large and fresh tasting! I may have found a new breakfast favorite!!!

Had lunch at the Black Bear today. After t]our big meeting, I wanted a nice Bear Klaw Burger with french fries and a drink. Nice staff and waiter today. Burger was tender juicy with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and Bacon if you ask. Just one of my favorite spots.

Friendly atmosphere, tasty grilled cheese and fries, attentive service. I was visiting someone at the hospital nearby and this was a perfect place to grab lunch.

WOW, NIGHT & DAY difference! This was our 2nd time eating at a Black Bear Diner. The 1st was in Valencia where we live. My wife and had some of the worst service we've ever had at a restaurant. Well, here we are in Tarzana after a Dr's appointment and we're hungry. We didn't know where to go and saw Black Bear Diner and I said should we try them again. One of my go to's. Always great service and lots of menu items to choose from. Only complaint is I wish they were open later

The service was great! Even though there was only one server. He did a great job! He brought our food out in a timely manner, made sure we got our refills. Daniel was amazing!

I had been to the location in Ventura and decided to try this one. We were greeted as we walked in and seated at a handicap table ( my hubby & I both have canes). The menu is quite extensive but I ordered the big breakfast, which I had before. My hubby ordered an omelet and a bowl of chili. The portions do not disappoint!
