This location is a complete disappointment! First and last time... I asked for my Has brows lightly done and they came out completely wrong. I asked them lightly done once again the waitress responded that they were lightly in the middle. Like excuse me? Was i supposed to just eat the middle and pick top and bottom layer off. What a joke! So she continues to say. What do you want them then. Raw? With complete attitude she told the other waiter... you help them. I'm not! Felt completely unwanted. Worst breakfast I've ever had. Sad because it was in my top two before this review. It's been a while since I've eaten breakfast there. I left a review mainly for the manager to get back to me. They said they would but never heard anything from them. Probably a year ago now. I might change my review if I was contacted. For now they have received my last $50.00 breakfast.

Went here today and wondered why it wasn't crowded at lunch time but we knew why when we left. Pro's... The decor is adorable with bears and train tracks outside. We were seated by a friendly server and given menus. Our drinks came quickly. My husband liked the biscuits and gravy. Cons... The menu was very pricy. There wasn't much under $17 including breakfasts. I ordered a a patty melt (one of the less expensive items) "medium" but it had zero pink inside. I gotta say, I am extremely disappointed with our experience at Black Bear in Turlock California this morning. Hubby and I ordered the corned beef hash, and eggs. I'll be had his with biscuits and gravy and I had mine with pancakes. The only edible of our breakfast was hubby's biscuit and my pancakes. We ordered our eggs over medium and one side was so overcook Debbie turned brown while the other side was white though the eggs was over medium. Black Bear Diner has made a name on one signature Item. That's right, Breakfast!. You mess that up, you El sucko. This day Dec 17th, it was not a Black Bear diner. It was Romper's room.
