I have been eating at black bear diner for more than a year now and I always get a senior discount but I was told today that there is new management in place and they will no longer give senior discounts. That is absolutely ridiculous. Horrible management team, Never going back .
Really bad experience at this place when I open my omelette I found a nasty hair inside my veggies.

This location is a complete disappointment! First and last time... I asked for my Has brows lightly done and they came out completely wrong. I asked them lightly done once again the waitress responded that they were lightly in the middle. Like excuse me? Was i supposed to just eat the middle and pick top and bottom layer off. What a joke! So she continues to say. What do you want them then. Raw? With complete attitude she told the other waiter... you help them. I'm not! Felt completely unwanted. Worst breakfast I've ever had. Sad because it was in my top two before this review. It's been a while since I've eaten breakfast there. I left a review mainly for the manager to get back to me. They said they would but never heard anything from them. Probably a year ago now. I might change my review if I was contacted. For now they have received my last $50.00 breakfast.

Went here today and wondered why it wasn't crowded at lunch time but we knew why when we left. Pro's... The decor is adorable with bears and train tracks outside. We were seated by a friendly server and given menus. Our drinks came quickly. My husband liked the biscuits and gravy. Cons... The menu was very pricy.
