Went to dinner was seated and ignored after 10 minutes I got up and walked out.the manger did not even respond to us walking by saying bye. I guess my money wasn't good enough for them oh and they wasn't busy either!!!!
We arrived to a long line at the door, but we were seated promptly. It was really busy and while our waitress was great, our food was almost cold and you could tell it has been sitting for a while after being cooked. It won't stop us from coming back, we will just wait until it is not so busy.
Currently sitting here now and one of the staff (nel) yelled at the busboy (taylor) "come on special Olympics what did I tell you!" How disgusting. Even if the busboy was abled the same as nel this is a disgusting thing to say. The whole restaurant section stopped and was quiet. Nel you are disgusting and as long as you are here I won't be.
Bob's Scramble was fatty and under cooked. I asked for eggs over medium they were hard and she started that's what medium was here and did not offer to correct it. I will drive farther than eat here. I have eaten at many black bear restaurants in other cities and states.. This one sucked.

The Service was slow, needed more help, understaffed for the demand. Waitress was pleasant, food slow coming out of the kitchen.
