My husband and I decided to give them a second chance. The first time they sat us at a dirty table and we asked to move and the waitress sighed and was annoyed.. we order our food and my turkey was old and smelt funny, my husbands chicken was rock hard and burnt, we got our food before our daughter got hers and they apparently dropped her food so she never got hers. We were seated and NO one came to see us after waiting a half hour we walked out. There were even servers restocking condiments but couldn’t be bothered to serve us.

I ordered 2 chicken and waffles and a side of hash browns with an outrageous total of $31.00 a side of hash brown for $3.99? Is this some kind of joke? The hash browns were undercooked as well and on top of the ridiculous pricing, I called a to go order and I arrive and they only have 1 of the chicken and waffles done and I know that I verified multiple times on the phone that I needed 2 chichen and waffles. Pretty lame experience all around. Something needs to change ASAP.

I experienced very bad service at this location. Our server did not visit our table after we got our food and I had to flag him down for our check. The worst part is that the cashier announced our tip to everyone as we left. Not coming back here.
Our waitress, along with a few others I’ve observed, have the personality or motivation of a wet mop.. A smiling face and better attitude would be much appreciated. I was also told no to a substitution on a breakfast item. Used to love this place, but now I leave highly disappointed. �
The service there is slow! Even my grandma complained about how slow the service was, and she lost a race to a sloth just prior to going there for dinner. If the service was better you wouldn’t have to give free drinks and free food to everyone for waiting so long.

Horrible experience today for our party of 3. We arrived in the lobby and was completely ignored even though there were only a few people waiting to be seated. Finally the hostess looked at us with just kind of a look of “What?” On her face...still not speaking to us. So we asked if we could put our name on the list even though they didn’t look to be that busy.
