We visited the Jordan Landing location on December 26 to celebrate 2 birthdays. We waited a couple minutes to be seated, no big deal. Saige, our server for the most part, was prompt at acknowledging us, but that was it. We waited almost 30 minutes for our orders. We were just about to leave when our food arrived. My daughter's steak wasn't cooked properly, and the potatoes that came with my meal were burned. However, I didn't find that out until I got to them under the eggs. Ordered 3 meals for takeout, two and a half hours later our order never came. An hour into the wait the manager, Melinda, said she would make sure my order was taken care of and that the stack of to go boxes next to her were for someone else. At the 2 and a half hour mark another waitress (the only employee who seemed competent that night) said that the to go boxes previously mentioned were in fact mine and that they forgot to cook a cheeseburger we ordered. We placed our order and waited 26 minutes to get drinks. With only 7 other tables full you'd think it would be faster. We heard the waitresses telling each other that they are out of soup, salad and a few other choice items, some of which we ordered but we never told. Came in tonight for a family dinner we were sat right away and then waited 20 minutes for a server to take our drink order. The waitress was friendly but seemed she had to be rushing around like a chicken missing her head. After waiting another 30 min for our food a younger female server with a care less brought out our order. That's when we noticed my wife's food was wrong and sent back.
