Was put in the back corner with my daughter. Was ignored the whole time we were there. I received the wrong drink order and he wouldn't take the drink back and get the correct one. Not sure why they put us in the back corner away from others. Why because I have a child? I will not be coming here anymore.

I was very disappointed the second time back. The first time, although it was busy, service was fast and food was great. This one was different. Did not get service for our drinks until 15-20 minutes of waiting patiently. I came back for their crispy golden hash browns, but to my surprise, it was nothing compared to what I had a week ago. They looked like yesterday's leftover, soggy, and burnt. Service was not great and I could've made better breakfast at home. Very unsatisfied. Will not return for awhile.

I don't even know where to begin...What I thought would be a simple call-in/takeout order, ended up being one of the worst experiences at a Black Bear in my life. And I was only there for 5 minutes. For starters, the employee who answered the phone spoke broken English and could not understand me. As soon as I told him why I was calling, he immediately asked for my card information because I told him I was paying with a card, not cash. Went for my daughters birthday breakfast... Server was nice. She kept forgetting things though. Waited for a meal, waited for refills that she asked about 3x.... I paid for my meal separately. (My daughter was treating her sister.) I had coffee, oatmeal, cottage cheese, & fruit. Small portions and paid $16.45!!! I could have gone to Betos for a huge breakfast burrito!
