Came in tonight for a family dinner we were sat right away and then waited 20 minutes for a server to take our drink order. The waitress was friendly but seemed she had to be rushing around like a chicken missing her head. After waiting another 30 min for our food a younger female server with a care less brought out our order. That's when we noticed my wife's food was wrong and sent back. Was excited to try this restaurant. Had heard great things. Server was super friendly, food came out fairly quick...for 6 of us. Only problem was there were 8 in our party. One of the 2 missing meals showed up ice cold after 5 minutes... the last one at least 15 minutes later. 2 of us ordered the tri-tip dinner. Forget that they were both freezing cold, they weren't edible. Smelled like rotten meat drowned in sage and other seasoning to hide the smell. Not a good experience. Bad food, cold steak that even the dog couldn't eat. Only thing that arrived at a warm temp was the maple syrup. For the price I'd at least expect them to be able to microwave my food before it came to the table.

Food is bland and the waitresses aren't very attentive. I asked for grapejelly and the waitresses told me if it wasnt on my table they didn't have it. The people behind me handed me a grape jelly from their table. Ridiculous
I have been to this restaurant several times. This is by far the worst experience we have ever had. We waited an hour for food. I got mine, it was cold. They took it back to warm it up 10 minutes ago, I'm still waiting. People came in after us, they are leaving, I'm still waiting for my food.
