Avoid... After a long day on the road we stopped in for dinner after checking into our motel. Despite the restaurant being mostly empty it took 10 minutes to be seated cause there were only 2 waiters working. It took 20+ minutes to get our house salads, half way through our salads, the waitress informed us that my wife would have to order something else because the chef couldn't find any Tuna. It has taken 30+ minutes to get two kids meals (kraft Mac n' cheese, microwave pizza & fries). Had to ask twice plus wait 10 minu... read more

Ordered three times in the last week. My family wants to support this restaurant, however, I ask how many times can you call in because your to-go items are missing? Tonight 3/4 meals, we were missing a side: salad, fruit, and biscuit. Other nights same thing, missing sides, drinks or were overcharged. I've called and been placed on hold for 15 minutes (clearly forgotten about). Then hang up, try to call back, line is busy for 10-20 min. I will never eat here again!!! Flies through out the entire restaurant, very slow service , mediocre food, bathrooms are not clean. Faucet handle feel off when I tried to turn it on. Just a very dirty restaurant. STAY AWAY PLEASE! Won't be surprised if food poisoning is a common complaint.

Food was ok. Service was awful. Got seated quickly and drinks but no straws when the waiter specifically asked if wanted one. Had to ask for refills on drinks. Never received a check. Had to go to counter to get it. The bathroom was disgusting flies every and the sink handle fell of when tried to turn on. Hopefully this is not how all Black Bear diners are going. Usually very happy when we stop to eat
