Sadly....we didn't get to eat here. We ordered.....but left after waiting or 30 min. For our food to come. Breakfast. Nothing fancy. Ridiculous.

I had to give a star to post the review. I DO NOT GIVE THIS BLACK BEAR ANY STARS. We have been to many Black bears including this one and never had any issues. Especially with this restaurant . However we have never had such slow service or horrible attitudes from a waitresses. It took 45 min to get 2 hamburgers. There were only 5 tables that had people. They were also not your typical black bear servings. Looked like the buns and patties came from Walmart. Just before we got our food the "night manager" told what look to... read more

Food is never prepared correctly, my 3 year old granddaughter could cook better. When you order biscuits and gravy you receive broken up dry biscuits with no gravy, my daughter's burger was bare with no condiments and the bun was burnt black. After calling the issue was not resolved, and they refused to rectify it. Stating once its handed off for delivery it becomes a third party issue, even though Black Bear cooked the food. This diner was unfortunately worse than the other locations that I've visited. The food wasn't s good. Especially the banana cream pie and mini corn dogs. The service was great. The restaurant was also very cold. I had to go get my sweatshirt from the car.

We were in there several months and had a bad experience. Food cold, not checking on us, had to ask for refills. Terrible service. I swore I'd never go back. I'm a firm believer of giving a business a second chance. Went there tonight. 4 adults and 6 children. Again, all the food was cold, CFS and chicken tender was both over cooked and cold. Kids meals were cold, forgot one of the burgers on the ticket so they rush it and it came out rare. Had to ask for a refill and that was after the food finally came out. We WILL NOT be ... read more
