Worst dining experience. Ordered one hamburger medium and the other hamburger medium rare. Both of them were bordering on being burnt. The cheese and avocado was left off of the California burger.

This place sucks. The employees are sleepwalking in slow motion. Took forever for someone to take our order, then to get our food. The first bathroom had a broken handle on the toilet so it didn't flush. The second didn't have any toilet paper. The front and secondary doors need cleaned I mean badly. The front counters are filthy, grimy afraid to touch anything counters. There's no pride at this Black Bear. Check out the Redding,Ca for a nice restaurant. Maybe the manager needs to go visit and get tips from their manager.

My family and I (party of 5) decided to go to black bear around 5 and we waited about 10 to be seated no a single "welcome in " or anything. 10mins past by and the cashier told us to grab the first table we see clean and she would bring us menu ( took another 10 mins to receive menus ) once she brought us our menus it took another 15/20 mins to order . My 2year old by accident spill apple juice and my husband got up to ask for napkins the girl never brought us the napkins to clean up the spill instead we ended up using the b... read more

The young lady at the table next to us was seated after we had ordered our meal. While we waited, she ordered, received and finished her meal. We went for dinner after a 10 hour drive from Oregon. Had to wait 39 minutes to be seated. Ordered the avocado toast and bacon cheeseburger. Cheeseburger seat under the light for 20 minutes before they brought it out. Burger was burnt bacon was overdone and raw how do you manage that. My toast was burnt and my over easy eggs was a fried hard. Worse food ever for black bear
