We went for dinner after a 10 hour drive from Oregon. Had to wait 39 minutes to be seated. Ordered the avocado toast and bacon cheeseburger. Cheeseburger seat under the light for 20 minutes before they brought it out. Burger was burnt bacon was overdone and raw how do you manage that. My toast was burnt and my over easy eggs was a fried hard. Worse food ever for black bear

Ok my husband and I have eaten at many of Black Bear restaurants and loved them but this was the worst one we have ever eaten at. On 7/6/2021 9:35 am no one was at the front counter to greet us. Once they finally got a table for us there was no waiter to take our order! Then we finally got our food the bacon wasn't cooked and the hash browns OMG! Looked like a flat mush pancake mess! Will not Ever go there again!

If I could give a lower rating I would. The service was rediculiciosly slow, the food was not great, but most of all the rating I'm giving is based on their dishonest approach to getting 5 star ratings. Taped onto the register was a sign that read "ask me how to save $2 on your order..." When asked I learned that, in exchange for a 5 star review you'll save $2. That's right, the service/food is so bad that they are buying ratings. My advice is to skip this Black Bear Diner.

Not good the place was a mess, restrooms were dirty but I gave it the benefit of the doubt to stay and eat then it got worse I ordered a California omelet when I got my food half way through I found hair and told the waiter and he took my food and never replaced it back and charged me full price no discount no nothing and I stood in disgust. Never again will I be coming back again.

Absolutely the worst service .... Ordered on line ( which I had to prepay ) went to pick up order at time indicated order would be ready waited 20 minutes and they hadn't even begun my order even though I had checked in upon my arrival. Requested my order be cancelled and my card refunded to which I was advised they would do but it would take 24 to 72 hours to credit and could not give my any kind of verification that a refund had been processed. All that for 1 salad totaling 22.49 that I never got!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVI... read more
