The location is great. Steps away from everything. However, this hotel also comes with some downsides. It’s almost like they don’t trust their guests, everything from the signage around the hotel and the check in process to the agreement they make you sign ahead of check in. It’s a little dated inside and not that clean.

I’ve been staying there on and off for yrs and it’s really gone downhill. It was dirty and the service was terrified. Really disappointed and won’t be going back.

i booked a room for 6 persin. only to find out that it's only for 2 person. and ended up i paid extra 50$ per person, including full paid for 3 years old. all the blame threw on Expedia. No considerations at all. It's the worst place ever we stayed as we come here every year. no wonder it's the only place that is not busy. really disappinting.

Unit was dirty/dusty, filthy, bed sheet was not change and bad customer service.. Not worth paying more than 600CND$ for 1night….

We did a late check-in and when we arrived in the room. The cleaner forgot to clean the fridge which has alot of smudges and rotting butter lettuce and the fridge door handle has alot of visible smudge, center table has a few cookie crumbs and drink marks and pillow had some minor stains which my wife saw when we were about to sleep. We talked to the front desk about the fridge and they sent someone to clean it while we were away. Cleanliness was horrible, room seemed rundown. Was not worth the price, management was uncooperative with cancelling, staff was rude and uncooperative.
