I never had a bad experience in Whistler before until i stayed in Blackcomb the service was terrible and front desk ppl were extremely rude and with bad attitude especially a girl named Moshgan i will never book that hotel again
Great location but that's about it. This property needs some upgrading, specially in the rooms. Almost everything in the room is outdated and my room looked like it was under repairs, however the repairs were not completed, specially in the bathroom. I think that the hotel rooms should be in better shape considering the room price. Furthermore, there is no room to put your board/ski's, seems like everyone just puts it against the wall.
The location is great. Steps away from everything. However, this hotel also comes with some downsides. It’s almost like they don’t trust their guests, everything from the signage around the hotel and the check in process to the agreement they make you sign ahead of check in. It’s a little dated inside and not that clean.
