Was not pleased AT ALL. First thing I found in my room were strands of hair on the bed just under the blankets. I called the front desk, they sent a man who I assume is the manager. He took a look, grabbed the hair and just tossed them on the hallway saying “if you’re gonna look for hair, you’re gonna find hair. That’s business.” Since when was finding hair on a hotel bed “business”? I didn’t like how I spent 600$ for one night on a room with 4 beds and they tried to charge me 50$ extra for 3 people instead of 2. I didn’t like how it felt like a prison trying to get around the property, key card access for everything. The air conditioning didn’t work and the room a really hot, the front desk didn’t comment on it, just said “oh, that’s too bad”. Not very impressed with the property! Paid almost $500 for a night for a mediocre hotel and service. Asked if we may be able to use the showers for the pool after a day of quading! Was told no because we will have been checked out by then. Most hotes would accommodate their guests after spending that much money. I wouldn’t stay there again.
Service was very slow. The facility is a bit old. AC was noisy.
Perfect location . Extremely poor keeping - DIRTY! Receptionist ( older, blond lady) extremely rude to employees and patrons.
Overpriced, rundown, bad service.
Only one bathroom for six people and it was tiny and dirty. No air conditioning in lobby or hallways so was sweltering in early July. Unhelpful staff. Had to pay $30 for parking and no spots left so they told us to park along a wall and worried our car would be hit. Definitely won't stay here again.
