I was originally working another lender and was set to close on 04/03. At the last minute on 03/23 that lender decided they were not going to honor their pre-approval they gave me to use for offers. My realtor recommended Blaise and let me tell you he literally moved mountains and hills and valleys to secure me a new loan (with a lower interest rate I might add). Blaise’s team is second to none. This is our third property purchase in Virginia in the last 10 years and by far, these has been the best experience with a lender thus far. We placed an offer on a property on Saturday, March 6th, 2022, then decided to issue a second offer and called Blaise on Sunday at 9:00 AM for approval on a second offer for the same property, his approval came in minutes later. We worked with Blaise when we purchased our home back in 2017, and again when we refinanced in the summer of 2021. He worked with us to explore different options (rates, terms, etc.) and was very helpful. He was upfront with rates and terms and what we closed on was exactly what we expected. I can't imagine buying a mortgage from anyone else.
