Blaise’s team is second to none. This is our third property purchase in Virginia in the last 10 years and by far, these has been the best experience with a lender thus far. We worked with Blaise when we purchased our home back in 2017, and again when we refinanced in the summer of 2021. He worked with us to explore different options (rates, terms, etc.) and was very helpful. He was upfront with rates and terms and what we closed on was exactly what we expected.
