This pool has cost me so much extra mo ** by having to replace the stairs, 3 pool pumps, pipes and several small items also My pool has been leaking for two of the three years Ive had it. Although my proper** is ***** they did not use any **pe of padding so we constantly have rocks poke up through the bottom. There is no way Id ever buy a pool from blue world pools again.

Our blue world experience was awful To say the least. The $399 pool caught my attention but by the time the guy left our house it was over there 20000. We signed up biggest mistake ever we were told we would have a pool set up and ready to enjoy the 1st week of June. We provide them with $1000 deposit, June passed buy no calls and no calls returned. July I received call but unfortunately I was on medical leave from work. They said I couldn't cancel, after the loss of my baby and finally getting back to work I couldn't afford... read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! Blue World Pools has the worst and rude customer service representatives I have ever encountered with. Very unprofessional and clearly are only interested in money and NOT customer satisfaction!! I had a change in bank accounts I CALLED them to inform them of the change and TOLD them the current payment would be returned because my previous bank account was closed. The lady I spoke with told me I would be getting a $75 fee for not calling at least 72 hours before! WTH?! So I explained t... read more

We ordered our pool in June, it was finally installed in October. They were not good about letting me know when we would get the pool after we were initially told it would be soon. The installer did a great job.

I would give this place zero stars if it would let me. I seen an advertisement on TV for this company and it has been a nightmare. I just wanted to get a pool for my kids especially a special needs child i was raising as any parent knows we will do anything for our kids. I paid over $27,000 for a 24' above ground pool which is ridiculous. I know it is my fault because i signed the contract i just want to make sure no one else makes the same mistake that i did. I never dreamed that working with Blue World Pools would be so difficult. The sales and installation process went beautifully. Both my Sales Rep and the Installer were professionals. There were no surprises as expectations were lined out clearly from the start. Blue World Pools has had no issues with me paying my monthly payments either. The problem began when I started the refinance process for my home. I knew that Blue World Pools put a lien on the title until the pool was paid off. I ordered a pool in June was told it was a show pool and would have it in 3 weeks. Ok They came out to put the pool in told me if the had to come back I would have to pay Patrick $350,00 a day if their cut into lines under ground and had to stop the pool installation. They started putting the pool in messed up my yard so bad. Then pool was almost up the then Patrick and his 2 guy disagreement and it was so bad that I made my 5 year old come into the house. we are still dealing with this, going on 4 weeks. I would give this company a 3 star for at east trying to do the right thing. but the installer I would give him a 1/2 star, yes the pool is up, but looks like crap and it took him 5 times of being here. I finely told him to never come back.
