If I could give a negative #1 I would. I have waited on hold for up to three hours to get help or speak to someone! I live in **. Blue World Pools are the good old bait and switch up sell. They do not tell you that there is a lien on your home as collateral and are not willing to put even a temp hold on it so one could sell the home, thereby allowing the pool to be paid in full. Only the sales **** is friendly, but finance collection when inquiring is rude and not helpful. This company should nat have any rating higher than a D!
This is by far the worst place I have had to deal with. My pool liner tore and I paid **** to have a new one installed and have my pool re leveled. Thats not including the **** I spent on a new liner. I paid to have this done back in September of last year. Its been almost 6 months. They finally sent someone just to tell me that I needed a new wall. Mind you the wall on my pool was perfectly fine when I paid to have this done. Sales rep came out very nice lady. Told me the pool was ****** if I let other salespeople show my pool for three years, I was told I needed ***** down and payments would be 411 per month. Never given the amount of months. Later when tue finance department called me I asked how many months this pool is financed and I was told it was for 12 years. We have paid this company religiously for almost three solid years, never skipped a payment and have never been late. We had to make an extremely hard decision for our family and file bankruptcy. We called the company to give them a case number and to let them know, basically trying to do business the best way that we knew how. The customer service from the representatives and the supervisors have been EXTREMELY rude and hard to work with. We have been yelled at, talked down to, made to feel belittled. Very horrible customer service and they rip you off you end of paying way more then anything I have been paying for 18 months paid ******* and only ****** have been applied to the principal. This company has the absolute WORST customer service reps. **** will NOT work with you if you need to move a payment to a different date then they call you and leave nasty messages threatening seizure of property over 1 payment, in which I told them would be late but they would have it before 30 days , so the payment will not go over 30 days late I hope to pay these b****** off real soon! Dont make this mistake as I did!
From the beginning this company has had poor service AND very rude employees. First off, let me say that we paid cash for this 27 above ground pool. Thank HEAVENS we didnt finance. We had the pool installed in August of 2021 and we have had service problems from the beginning.
