We have paid this company religiously for almost three solid years, never skipped a payment and have never been late. We had to make an extremely hard decision for our family and file bankruptcy. We called the company to give them a case number and to let them know, basically trying to do business the best way that we knew how. Very horrible customer service and they rip you off you end of paying way more then anything I have been paying for 18 months paid ******* and only ****** have been applied to the principal. This company has the absolute WORST customer service reps. **** will NOT work with you if you need to move a payment to a different date then they call you and leave nasty messages threatening seizure of property over 1 payment, in which I told them would be late but they would have it before 30 days , so the payment will not go over 30 days late I hope to pay these b****** off real soon! Dont make this mistake as I did!
From the beginning this company has had poor service AND very rude employees. First off, let me say that we paid cash for this 27 above ground pool. Thank HEAVENS we didnt finance. We had the pool installed in August of 2021 and we have had service problems from the beginning. Love my pool, but their customer service needs to be more attentive. Still waiting from them to check why my warranty pool is leaking from pump connections area and the cracked pump strainer I paid for and never received was promised lights for pool and a fountain for all my troubles from president of company and a year later still waiting.
This pool has cost me so much extra mo ** by having to replace the stairs, 3 pool pumps, pipes and several small items also My pool has been leaking for two of the three years Ive had it. Although my proper** is ***** they did not use any **pe of padding so we constantly have rocks poke up through the bottom. There is no way Id ever buy a pool from blue world pools again.
Our blue world experience was awful To say the least. The $399 pool caught my attention but by the time the guy left our house it was over there 20000. We signed up biggest mistake ever we were told we would have a pool set up and ready to enjoy the 1st week of June. We provide them with $1000 deposit, June passed buy no calls and no calls returned. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! Blue World Pools has the worst and rude customer service representatives I have ever encountered with. Very unprofessional and clearly are only interested in money and NOT customer satisfaction!! I had a change in bank accounts I CALLED them to inform them of the change and TOLD them the current payment would be returned because my previous bank account was closed.
