Blue world pools is a total rip off! They took advantage of my elderly mother after dealing with the death of her mother. She was not aware there would be a lein against her home. Again, I say they took advantage of my elderly mother who was trying to help her granddaughter. The total price of the pool wound up being over ****** and after paying for 4 years they are still saying she owes another ******. ****** for an above ground pool WOW!!!! Don't USE THIS COMPANY - GO WITH ANYONE ELSE. I called to set up a quote, the agent advised that a quote would have to be done in person, I agreed. She stated she needed my Date of Birth to confirm homeownership (weird right? You can get this information from Public Records) I provided my DOB to confirm ownership. Thur night 5/ 12/2022 we signed contract for a pool Chemical free due to grandsons skin condition. After we signed contract and gave deposit and dud the financing the salesman then stayed the pool is not completely Chemical free. The next day Friday we decided not to get pool. Saturday I called to cancel contract . The lady stayed that department was not open on weekends she took our info and Sauid someone would call us Monday. STAY FAR AWAY. My husband called to set up a quote, confirmed our date of births to ensure we were of age and that we were both the homeowners. The company ran a credit check on both of us WITHOUT PERMISSION for something we had not even received the quote for and were going to pay cash for. Providing a one star rating because I am unable to leave zero star rating.
They say they going to finance you but they don't tell that they going to put uuc lien against your property or they don't tell your signing your right where they are trustees. Then sell your loan to a company and then if you don't pay or even don't get the money on time to they the interest charges they fail tell you about is a ***** pool is now a ***** pool . Let me start by saying DO NOT BUY A POOL FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! they have lied to me and disrespected me several times on the phone. They were supposed to install our pool weeks ago and every time I call they are super rude and disrespectful to me before they put me on hold.. I told her that I was not interested in a higher price pool, because I know their sales pitch to get me to buy a more expensive pool and she stated yes they will and I advised her that I was not interested but will listen. Blue World Pools has NOW accomplished leaving a 27ft hunk of junk in our yard!! It has been BAD enough and we should have been aware from the get go with the multiple delays and excuses! The things you pursue for your kids/family. MISTAKE! It took over 3 months from "scheduled date", the motor did not last a complete year (that was covered) and then the following year - same motor issue.
