Blue World Pools is a horrendous company to deal with. True scammers. They dont tell you when they finance that the interest rate keeps rising and you end up paying $40,000 to $50,000 for a $3,000 pool. They also put a lien on your home and horribly rude every time you talk to them on the phone! They scammed my elderly parents. Got them to finance and put a lien on their home. The person they sent out to our house to give us a quote, and we signed up for a pool, gave him a check, and he took our information and got insurance put in his name with a draft out of our bank account. He is now in jail we just got a call he ripped off a lot of people and Union ************** stay away from these people. We now have an inground pool and a great company!

This place is a scam. Called to get a price to have a pool installed for my Mother. They told me that my mother would have to give them her name and social security number, etc to verify it was her house. This is a scam. They just want to see a credit profile so they can try to finance a pool. Her house has been paid off for decades and it is not on her credit report. She can easily show a deed, or any other thing to prove ownership of the house. But they want to run a credit report because they want to finance a pool. This ... read more

I wish 0 was an option. We called for info, were transferred 3 times. As a sign of respect, we asked the name of who were were speaking with each time. For some reason, ***** wanted to give us that info. The last person, someone named **, got nasty and hung up on my husband. My husband called back, and the women on the phone said "I don't understand why you need my name" he explained what happened (being transferred 3 times) to which she replied, "well someone keeps calling asking for everyone's name is that you?" Scam, Scam!! Beware.Very unprofessional company. I was in search of an above ground pool. I had a representative named *************************** come to my home to discuss the pricing pool etc.. We discussed payment plans and determined the one that best fit my budget. Under-handed and deceitful. I called due to a ******** add, spoke with a female (her name not mentioned). She set an appointment for the guy to come by and access our yard. The guy came by and advised due to power lines we were unable to get a pool installed. Then the guy messages me and ask if he can stop by to take more measurements, then says I think we can do it and install your pool; ( ok, so what changed from the last visit? It's the same backyard). I spoke with multiple representatives trying to figure out the address for written cancellation notice. The lady was rude and disrespectfuland hung up on me. I dont trust the company on my property and they refuse to help. I was trying to explain that Monday was a holiday so the post office was closed. They are trying to rip people off.

This company is a complete waste of time to work with. when they sell a product, they are very quick to answer emails and questions. Once they have your money then the fun begins. They will not honor their warranty for the Liner or the installation. My pool has leaked from the pipes under the liner since it was installed. I have called multiple times and told them of the issue. but I am being told I must pay for the installer to check the pool and because I need to empty the pool I will need to purchase a new liner. even tho... read more
