In May sales rep came and talked about the pool which he was new to the company so didnt know much. We end up signing contract and put down payment. Then after seeing all these reviews i called to try and cancel they said i had to pay 100% In order to cancel and if i dont pay there will be a Lien on my house! Has anyone had this happen to them ? I will be getting with an attorney

Go with a company that cares about their customers. I have been trying to get information regarding my account and have spent nearly two hours on hold. The last time I talked with a person they were transferring to a direct line that was suppose to answer right away. That was over 40 minutes ago and I am still waiting. Sent them a message on ******** and they asked for my number to call me directly. That was over 50 minutes ago and I am still waiting. It should not be this hard to get ahold of a person. Havent even been able to use the pool yet due to faulty installation. Cant get ahold of anyone to fix. Weve called everyday for the last 3 weeks with no professional response. Very upset.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BLUE WORLD POOLS. First they get you in by telling you that you can get a pool for $400, then they talk you into an upgrade it to the midline pool which they tell me is over $17,000 I told them it was to expensive so someone came back with a price of over $13,000. I tried calling twice to speak with someone and you can never talk to anyone. When I finally get someone to call me back and they tell me that they can finance my pool if I upgrade to the most expensive one which is over $20,000. I dont hear... read more

Absolutely horrible. The worst company I have ever dealt with. We were completely lied to by the sales representative. The pool leaks and most of the screws have rusted. We never received all of our start up kit. We played h*** trying to get our other railing for our steps. We were lied to about the upgrade. They said that we got, but we had everything measured and we did not get it. Although we were charged for it. We have called many many times and no one ever returns our call. Please read!!! Well they were quick to sell us on their pools along with many promises of their professionalism and dedication to the customer, but this has been a horrible experience. The salesman came out to sell us the pool, when he agreed he measured our backyard and our gate entrance to make sure that the bobcat used for leveling the ground would fit. 10:30 AM, today. NO one showed up. I called their 800 number. First person I spoke w/sounded unhappy w/her job and/or callers. Real attitude. Passed me to sales. Second person was short and gruff w/me right out the gate before he even knew who I was or why I was calling. He says we're not on the "board," whatever that means, and QUICKLY transfers me back to the first person. I tell the first person what little I know, and I am not very pleased. Beware!! Read! Great product from what I can see, and the representative was nice, I would pay cash if I had it. If you are paying cash, no problem, sounds good. But do not sign contract or finance. Interest rate is thirty four percent! You have 3 days, NOT business, to cancel. Arbitration agreement is clear they can put a LIEN on your home for the price which includes financing and legal fees. 18 ft. Zero stars! I called to see if they would give me an estimate. They ran a hard inquiry on my credit report and never showed up for the scheduled estimate. They never called or anything. Haven't heard a peep, except from my credit monitoring app that alerted me five minutes after I made the call. This is insane! I've never seen such unprofessionalism... and to run a hard credit inquiry without even seeing if someone is interested in buying from you???
