We had a agent to come to the house first of May. We signed the paperwork and agreed with the terms. We received a phone call from the finance department but other than that we have had to call them. It is July 11 and no pool or a appointment to install. They do not have good customer service. Please do not purchase from this company. I am trying to get out of this myself

Please do not buy a pool from these people. I had a sales man come to my home, get me excited about a pool I cant afford and setup financing. My mistake to sign the paperwork but we got so excited about having a pool. Come to find out its 30% interest and youll be paying for it the rest of your life. I slept on it and decided I did not want to go in debt over a pool. The only way you can cancel is in writing to the **** location on the contract. I talked to a gentleman that had me sold I said I'd speak with him later in the week. Since that week they have called me over 32x and after the 20th call I asked them to just take my name off the call list or whatever is making them call me and this very classless ghetto female told me to "go to hell" and hung up on me when I called back to speak to a supervisor she placed me on hold then got back on the call and laughed and said "he will call you back maybe just give me your number and name".Never again will I refer anyone... read more

I called to get a replacement part for a pool my in-laws bought. The guy on the phone didnt know anything about anything so I asked to speak to someone else. He hung up on me. I was never rude, or raised my voice or spoke ill. I called back and was immediately hung up on. And called the back yet again and the same guy answered and refused to give me his name and said no manager or supervisor was there then hung up yet again.. First and foremost, we love our 27' BW Classic pool. Its beautiful and very easy to maintain. Now for the complaints...We purchased our pool in May of 2019. Installation was set for our PERFECTLY LEVEL yard (They were going to use it to train installers) for June 5th, 2019. So problem number one, wrong pool is ordered. We ordered a 27' classic, they brought a 24' Midline. (They actually tried to talk us into taking the wrong pool. In May sales rep came and talked about the pool which he was new to the company so didnt know much. We end up signing contract and put down payment. Then after seeing all these reviews i called to try and cancel they said i had to pay 100% In order to cancel and if i dont pay there will be a Lien on my house! Has anyone had this happen to them ? I will be getting with an attorney

Go with a company that cares about their customers. I have been trying to get information regarding my account and have spent nearly two hours on hold. The last time I talked with a person they were transferring to a direct line that was suppose to answer right away. That was over 40 minutes ago and I am still waiting. Sent them a message on ******** and they asked for my number to call me directly. That was over 50 minutes ago and I am still waiting. It should not be this hard to get ahold of a person. Havent even been able to use the pool yet due to faulty installation. Cant get ahold of anyone to fix. Weve called everyday for the last 3 weeks with no professional response. Very upset.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BLUE WORLD POOLS. First they get you in by telling you that you can get a pool for $400, then they talk you into an upgrade it to the midline pool which they tell me is over $17,000 I told them it was to expensive so someone came back with a price of over $13,000. I tried calling twice to speak with someone and you can never talk to anyone. When I finally get someone to call me back and they tell me that they can finance my pool if I upgrade to the most expensive one which is over $20,000. I dont hear... read more
