My daughter and Granddaughter saw the commercial for the Blue World Pool..it was both there birthdays..they begged me to bye 1..so I inquired about them they sent a lady she talked it up like it was the best thing boy was she wrong..it took over 2weeks for anyone to contact me for installation..I called back they said some kinda shortage with materials..so another couple weeks a guy calls from BWP..talked it up more said cause we had to wait he would upgrade pool..still no installers for another few weeks finally they contac... read more
We recently purchased a new pool from Blue World Pools and we couldn't be happier with our decision. There was one issue we encountered, we wanted to finance, spoke to finance department and were given our rates and payments, but on day of install the installer had paperwork for a cash deal. The installer had already started leveling my yard when this was discovered and when we called finance they said that I had said I wanted to pay cash. I paid for a pool and the installer dropped it off and stated he would be back in two days to install the pool. The installer never showed had to call him personally when he didnt show up and he gave excuses and we rescheduled. The installer again did not show up a second time this went on for a total of 3 different times. After speaking to **** the head of installation at blue world pools he offered me a nicer pool and all the extras for my trouble, and guaranteed the installer to be at my house on a new date. The company placed a lein on my mortgage for the entire amount due when one payment was 19 days late after I had surgery for canver.
Business response:
This customer is incorrect. Blue World Pools files the UCC at installation and not in response to a missed payment. The lien language is reviewed with the customer several times throughout sales process, contained in the sales documents, as well as a highlighted and initialed section of the pool contract. Blue World Pools wishes the customer only the best in her fight with cancer!
Clearly what the salesperson states to your face is not what they put on paper which would lead to misleading and having customers being obligated for services that were spoken and not written! Everything they are saying is true. My wife and I were also told it was a maintenance-free pool and the ONLY TIME we would have to add bleach was at start-up. You can get the same quality pool for **** less.They claim it's chemical free and this thing turns green everytime without a bunch of chemicals.Its not a chemical free pool.We were told to put regular bleach in it.This does not work.Completely false advertising.
Worse business Ive ever dealt with if you can call them a business. If I could they would get negative stars. First off they will con you in some way you can guarantee that. Way over priced and they hide it. The salesman lies to you also anytime you call theyre very rude. Trying to get a pay off is like pulling teeth. Were selling the house we live at and they said it would take 24 to 48 hrs to receive the pay off. Were pushing up to 48 hrs and all they can say is its not ready yet and get extremely rude. Called to inquire about their pools, Before making an appointment they ran a hard credit check. This check will impact your credit score and stays on for two years. I cancelled appt. 5 min later. Bad business, they want you on the hook before you even sign. Also many people have to put their home against loan. Run, Run , Run. Call a company with integrity.
We started the purchase process in May of 2022. Had the pool installed 7 weeks later. They installed the pool knowing full well there was a rip in the liner. They came out repaired the liner and said they had ordered a new one. 3 weeks later we call the company. And they said the installers had NOT ordered the new liner. THe new liner is here.
