I requested a carer to accompany me to a clinic appointment for a routine injection. The carer was on time and was present throughout the appointment. She assisted me getting in and out of the car and walking to the clinic. She never left my side. She was very friendly and we got on well together. Thank you Bluebird !!

I needed Bluebird to help me in the morning and evening after a knee operation. They were fantastic and catered for my every need and even that of my husband. I would recommend them to anybody and certainly give them 5 stars.

Throughout 2025 Mum has had health problems and set backs. Bluebird carers have never failed to provide her with efficient, caring, dignified and friendly attention. The staff in the office give unfailing support and we are forever grateful for their help in stressful circumstances

I have always been entirely satisfied with the help I receive from Bluebird, the carers are helpful and intelligent, remember how I like things done, and know where I keep utensils etc, so they can put them away in the right places. We often have a laugh together; they are also careful to note the "use-by" dates of food so that I'm not in danger of a stomach upset

The care service provided by Bluebird is excellent and has throughly supported my mother who has cancer and dementia. The carers are attentive and cheerful and very supportive of my mother. They also go beyond their remit to make sure that she is well looked after and has everything she needs. The Bluebird care coordinators are efficient, friendly and very helpful and the administration of the company works well. Bluebird have been caring for my mum for more than a year. The carers are all kind and professional and have built a lovely and supportive relationship with mum and the family. They always keep in touch if there are any concerns and it is reassuring to have the app to read the visit notes and see the daily schedules.
